Constitutional objectives

The said area of ground and the buildings erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Community Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Freswick and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, inlcluding use for meetings , lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants,
