We are proud to be a member of the Third Sector in West Lothianew Directions is a small, local provider and this means that we never lose sight of what is important to the people we support and their families. New Directions partners with education, health and social work and other charities to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support. New Directions has been active in providing Social Care in West Lothian for twenty years. Initially we provided advice and support for people with epilepsy but since 2015 we have broadened our remit and support people who have a learning disability, autism, mental health, physical disability, addictions and life-limiting conditions. We support people to look after their homes, shop for and cook healthier meals, manage their money look after their health and take part in education, voluntary and paid work.
