02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Trustees are directed in the Trust Deed to hold the whole funds and assets of the Trust property and to apply the income therof for the benefit of Marie Curie Cancer Care and Cancer Research Campaign, to the extent that 25% of the income passes to Marie Curie Cancer Care and 75% to Cancer Research Campaign. On the cessation of either afore named charities the trustees have full and absolute power to distribute to such other similar charitable institutions devoted to the care of or research of cancer as they may decide.
