To provide an active community centre for the village of Gartocharn and surrounding area.

Constitutional objectives
To promote the benefit of the inhabitants within the ecclesiastical Parish of Kilmaronock (the 'Community') and other persons by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the local inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, further health, preserve and promote heritage of the Community and in the interest of social welfare, to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation so that the conditions of life of the Community may be improved.
