What the charity exists to do
Changes East Lothian is a charity that aims to enable people to achieve and maintain better mental health and wellbeing through activities, wellbeing support, 1:1 counselling and various types of therapy. We champion being in nature to help improve mental health where possible and the principles of recovery, personal choice and autonomy in the social model of wellbeing rather than relying heavily on the medical model of mental health and wellbeing.
