(SECOND) I direct my Trustees to realise and invest the whole residue of my means and estate and to pay the annual income therefrom to Wellburn Home,One hundred and eighteen Liff Road, Lochee, Dundee, be applied towards the provision of the services of tutor or tutors ,to provide professional tuition, help and guidance 'in Arts and Crafts to the inmates and that over and above any remedial or therapeutic treatment with which they are in ordinary course provided, from National or Local funds and faCilities.
