Constitutional objectives
The object of the Fund shall be the financial support of such charitable organisations or activities at such places or such times and in such ways as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion determine provided that no part of the Fund may be used for any other purpose. The Trustees may at any time and from time to time hold, payor apply or allocate the whole free income of the trust estate and shall at any time and from time to time hold, payor apply the whole or any portion or portions of the capital of the trust estate to or towards or for the benefit of or in furtherance of such charitable ('charitable' shall have the meaning assigned in Sections 505 and 506 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force) purpose or charitable purposes and to provide financial support to such charitable institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts at such places or such times, in such manner and in such amounts and proportions and upon such erms and conditions as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole discretion determine, provided always that no part of the Fund may be used for any other purpose.
