Constitutional objectives
(1) to provide public amenities and public community and recreational facilities at and in the Estate, for the benefit of the residents of the Estate and its environs,: (2) to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time activity so that the conditions of life of the residents of the Estate and its environs may be improved in the interests of social welfare: (3) to provide for the establishment of a Community Centre and to maintain and manage such a Centre in furtherance of the foregoing objects: and (4) to maintain and enhance the foregoing public amenities and community facilities at and in the Estate for the benefit of the residents of the Estate and its environs.
