Constitutional objectives
In implement of the foregoing trust purposes (hereinafter referred to as 'the primary trust purposes') the Trustees shall in their selection of purposes, institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts which are charitable in law take into consideration and pay special regard to (a) the advancement of religion {nd education {nd (b) the relief of poverty, suffering, disease, sickness, infirmity, age, distress and the physically and mentally handicapped, all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere.
