Constitutional objectives

(a) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants resident in the District of Kildonan and Kinbrace and its environs (hereinafter called 'the District') without distinction of sex or of political, religious, or other opinions by associating with local community groups, voluntary organisaitions and residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and such other objects as may by law be deemed to charitable. (b) to secure the continuance of the establishment of a Community Centre or Hall ('the Hall') and to co-operate with the local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of the Hall for activities in furtherance of the above objects or any of them. (c) any other objects recognised by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue as charitable, which the Trustees consider are similar or related to any of the foregoing objects.
