Constitutional objectives
Without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Trustees may, by way of grant or loan (hereinafter referred to as 'grant assistance') contribute towards the expenses of providing or assisting in the provision of facilities in the interests of the social welfare of the inhabitants of Clydebank for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.
