Constitutional objectives
(i) to make payment from the income of the Trust Fund to the Kirk Session of Inverbervie to be applied by them to or for the benefit of such persons resident in the Parish of Inverbervie as are worthy and in need of assistance by reason of poverty, age, illness, infirmity or other similar circumstances of a sum of not less than Twelve pounds in each calendar year. (ii) to make payment from they shall think fit of The Old Church, the income of the Trust Fund as to such persons who are members Montrose or resident or normally resident in the Parish of Montrose and who appear to them to be worthy and in need of assistance by reason of poverty, age, illness, infirmity or other similar circumstance.
