Constitutional objectives

(a) To promulgate the principle that human life is sacred from conception (b) To provide support, guidance and practical help, to people who approach the Branch as result of facing difficulties arising from pregnancy (c) To advise, or co-operate with, any other persons or organisations, volurary or statutory, in furthering the aims of the Society of the Innocents (d) To receive and hold monie., to own or lease or hire all kindl of property for the benefit of the Branch (e) To dispose of any monies, to sell, lease or hire all kinds of property and assets or borrow monies in security of any or its property, in furtherance of the aims of the Branch. (f) To provide that the income and property of the Branch shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Society of the Innocents so that no portion shall be paid or transferred to the members of the Branch, other than to salaried officers or in the reimbursement of expenses properly incurred in performance of the business of the Branch
