02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Trustees are to pay or apply the Trust Fund to or for the benefit of or such purposes and in such proportions and manner as they shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit. The Trustees continue their policy of making donations to those organisations they feel require most support and whose purposes fall within the spectrum of the Trust Deed. This can be in the form of one off donations or multi year awards.

Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the Income of the Trust Fund to pay or apply the same to or for the benefit of or in furtherance of such purposes, objects or institutions charitable in law for the purposes of Sections 505 and 506 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and that in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit: Provided always that in exercising their discretion the Trustees shall give primary consideration to the wishes of those persons who gift or lend funds to the Trust but this proviso shall impose no binding obligation on the Trustees
