What the charity exists to do
The Charity awards grants to eligible institutions. The grants are intended to help these institutions provide tangible benefits to such beneficiary groups as the Trustees may deem appropriate.

The Trustees shall have power during the period of twenty one years from the execution hereof to accumulate the whole or so much (if any) of the income of the Trust Fund as the Trustees shall think fit by investing the same and the reSUlting income thereof in any manner hereinafter authorised as an accretion to the capital of the Trust Fund and as one fund therewith for all purposes
