To advance or assist in the advancement of the education and training of unemployed people with a view to their acquiring skills which would enhance the prospects of their gaining employment or which would improve their understanding and perfonnance within their chosen spheres of employment 4. To promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the people of Wester Hailes and its environs
