The organisation's purposes are: To promote in Scotland the charitable objects of the Kirkcudbright Swimming Pool Limited, Scottish Charity No. SC004144, having its registered office at Castledykes Walk, Kirkcudbright, DG6 4AW by:- 4.1 Carrying out fund raising to assist in furthering such objects 4.2 Promoting, assisting, supporting (financially and in any other way) the Swimming Pool at Kirkcudbright 4.3 Appointing representatives and delegates to any other organisations or bodies with whom the company may be associated 4.4 Taking any other lawful action to promote said objects
