02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Helensburgh Area Christian Youth Project was set up as a cross-denominational organisation, the purpose of which is to teach children and young people about the Christian religion. We part-fund a Scripture Union Scotland youth worker who works with volunteers to provide educational events to local schools, and youth groups which spread the gospel message.
