The charity is set up to assist any person who has completed all or part of their primary or secondary education at any school lying with the City and County of Perth in advancement of their education by way of making grants.

(One) The charitable purpose of advancing the education, in any way, of any person who has completed all or part of either their primary or secondary school education at any school lying within the City and County of Perth by the making of grants and/or bursaries and/or payment of course fees to any person undertaking any tertiary education course and that in terms to be decided by the Trustees (Two) To benefit in any way such other charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish
