Constitutional objectives

The objects of the Trust are exclusively charitable and the Trustees shall apply the income of the Trust Fund, in sums of such amount as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may decide, in anyone or more of the following ways, videlicet:- (i) By paying or applying the same in the relief of poverty in any part or parts of the world (ii) By paying or applying the same to further the advancement of education in any part or parts of the world (iii) By paying or applying the same to promote the health, healing and treatment of humans in any part or parts of the world, or assisting in the promotion of heal th, healing and treatment of humans in any part or parts of the world (iV) By paying or applying the same to further the advancement of religion in any part or parts of the world (v) By paying or applying the same to or for such one or more charitable institution or charitable institutions and wherever in the world situated or based as the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time select (vi) By paying or applying the same in implementing or assisting to implement such charitable purposes or charitable purpose in any part or parts of the world as the Trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion from time to time think fit
