To pay and make over to The National Library of Scotland, (hereinafter referred to as “the Library'), George IV Bridge, Edinburgh the net annual income and, at the discretion of the Trustees, any part of or even the whole of the capital (together the “Charitable Funds”) of the Trust Estate as follows. the acquisition or purchase of manuscripts and printed and new media materials and copyrights where deemed by the Library to enhance the Library’s collections relating to science.
