Constitutional objectives
To promote the physical education and development of students (being for the purposes of this Deed of Trust persons between the ages of Fourteen and Twenty One years of age) who are either (i) pupils of Schools within the meaning of the Education Act or (ii) students of Universities, Training Colleges or other Institutions of Further Education including professional and technical education approved by the Trustees. and provided such Schools, Universities, Training Colleges and other Institutions are located within the Local Government areas of the Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils (as those are defined as at the date hereof) as an addition to such part of their education as relates to their mental education by providing facilities and assistance for games and sports.
