02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We like to introduce and promote the history of our village to the benefit of locals and visitors alike through using the many and diverse visual aids set out in our heritage room, School groups, young adult groups and seniors make good use of this facility before exploring the museum. Our visiting groups range from Nursery to supported disabled users. Trustees continue to give talks on the history of the area . We are always happy to help with the many queries from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand requesting information on ancestors who had emigrated. This is generally sparked by email but very often we are visited by the families curious to acquire more information of their family origins. We are delighted to welcome them to Fochabers and do our best to make their visit memorable.

Constitutional objectives
