Newport and Zolotarevo Twinning Association

Constitutional objectives

To advance citizenship and community development and in furtherance thereof, the Association shall undertake the following activities:- (a) To promote and foster town twinning links with Zolotarevo and other informal friendship links, including cultural, sporting, social, educational, healthy living, economic and tourist exchanges between communities and organisations within Newport and Zolotarevo. (b) To encourage the exchange of information and establish regular communications between Newport and Zolotarevo. (c) To assist, as appropriate, with negotiations and co-ordination of financial and other support. (d) To maximise publicity and promotional activities Fife wide. (e) To support fund raising initiatives in furtherance of the objectives of the twinning association and partner organisations.
