Constitutional objectives
To advance the education of pre-school children by promoting, developing, providing and operating pre-school educational, facilities in a Community Nursery for pre-school aged children, their parents and carers living in or otherwise connected with the area of Barra and to advance the education of children under sixteen years of age by providing, or assisting in the provision of facilities for educational play for the said children connected with the said areas.
