02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
.To seek the preservation and maintenance of the natural quality of the environment of the Local Authority area of Argyll and Bute (as determined by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland) by means of encouraging through education and training of others the recycling of waste materials. minimising waste, acting to reduce litter and for the benefit, education and training of the community as a whole and to specifically encourage and foster local involvement and participation in the aforementioned aims and to do every such thing as may be necessary to implement the aforementioned aims as ancillary to the foregoing objects or incidental and or conducive to the attainment thereof but so that all the objects of the Company shall be of an exclusively charitable nature.
