What the charity exists to do

SEAL Community Health Project works in partnership with local people to deliver a diverse range of free health, community, and development activities that help tackle existing barriers, reduce health inequalities, and improve the mental and physical health of people of all ages living in South East Glasgow. Our community-based services are inclusive and integrated, providing unique opportunities in which people from diverse community groups can come together, engage in easily accessible healthy activities, develop stronger community networks, and build knowledge and skills that help them make more informed, positive lifestyle choices: supporting their long-term health and wellbeing.
