02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Fly Cup Enterprises Ltd is set up to provide training, skills development and employment opportunities which enables adults with learning disabilities and difficulties and other vulnerabilities to reach their full potential and live a life filled with opportunities and possibilities. This is delivered through practical opportunities working in our café, bakery, outside catering kitchen and meeting rooms and offices. Our trainees also have the option of choosing to acquire nationally recognised qualifications (SVQ and ASDAN)

Constitutional objectives
(i) Providing education, training and employment opportunity within a supported environment in order to enable people to increase their employment opportunities. (ii) To advance education among all the residents of the operating area, particularly those with disabilities or experiencing long term unemployment. (iii) To promote and/or provide training in catering, particularly such skills as will assist residents of the operating area in obtaining paid employment.
