What the charity exists to do

WE PROVIDE A SAFE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AFFORDABLE AFTER SCHOOL CHILDCARE SERVICE FOR RESIDENTS OF SHETTLESTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY SUPPLYING APPROPRIATE VENUES EQUIPMENT AND SUITABLE TRAINED STAFF.

To promote the care and education of children of the residents of Shettleston and environs ('the Operating Area') in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays and to promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupations of such children in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life and to enable parents to work or pursue furtherlhigher education or training b. To advance education among the residents of the Operating Area, particularly among young people and the unemployed c. To promote and/or provide training in skills of all kinds, particularly such skills as will assist residents of the Operating Area in obtaining paid employment d. To promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for ~e benefit of the community within the Operating Area
