A charity is structured with two divisions. childcare delivering breakfast clubs, after school clubs, holiday clubs, early learning and nursery childcare. Community delivering a charity shop and tea room

Constitutional objectives
The Company has been formed to deliver affordable childcare services and community facilities to benefit the community of Bonnyrigg and surrounding areas (the 'Community'), with the following purposes (the 'Purposes'): 4.1 to: (a) provide (or advance the accessibility of) recreational facilities. and/or organise recreational activities, which shall be available to members of the Community and the public, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the Community. 4.2 to advance citizenship or community development, including rural or urban regeneration. 4.3 to advance the provision of educational opportunities in the Community, increasing awareness of the environment, culture, heritage and/or history. and 4.4 to advance environmental protection or improvement, including: (a) preservation, sustainable development and conservation of the natural environment, (b) maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities for the Community. (c) and/or the preservation of buildings or sites of architectural, historic or other importance to the Community.
