02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our museum is in the old church in the beautiful countryside of Crawfordjohn and welcome people from all over the country to view all our ancient artifacts and read about the people of the village. We have different sections for school, farming, local musicians and so much more. We also have a database where one can look for their ancestors. We have a quiz night and raffle every year to raise funds. A talk on the Covenanters is planned for August and we are hoping to bring the old pipe organ back to life
