What the charity exists to do
EDAMH is a third sector mental health charity based in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. EDAMH provides person-centred support to people experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, and barriers to wellbeing. The organisation delivers a range of services designed to help individuals improve their mental health, build resilience, increase confidence, and strengthen connections within their communities. Support is tailored to individual needs and can include one-to-one wellbeing support, peer support, self-management programmes, community activities, employability support. EDAMH works closely with local statutory services, community groups, and partner organisations to ensure people can access the right support at the right time.
