Constitutional objectives
TWO. Charitable purposes. The Trustees shall hold the Trust Estate for charitable purposes exclusively. THREE. Specific directions as to charitable purposes. For the purpose of implementing the provisions of clause TWO hereof : - (i) The Trustees shall from time to time and at any time in their uncontrolled discretion but subject always to the discretionary powers conferred on them under Clause EIGHT hereof pay or apply the capital and/or the income of the Trust Estate in sums of such amount as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may decide in any one or more or all of the following ways :- The maintenance of the building situated at Sumburgh formerly occupied by the Brintel Helicopters Limited Social club or such other building as may be leased or purchased or used by the Trustees and forming part of the Trust Estate as a centre for holiday camps for young people from Shetland or elsewhere who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress and to advance the Christian religion by holding religious meetings, and to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of Shetland or elsewhere.
