To provide and maintain the Voe Pier, its Marina berths, services and utilities (water, electric) and the breakwater for the benefit of the community and the marina users. A non-profit organisation with 8 volunteer trustees.

Constitutional objectives
The Trust is established for such purposes in the interests of the Village of Voe, Shetland Islands or of the inhabitants of Voe as the Trustees in their sole discretion think fit provided always that any such purpose is charitable in law and in particular the Trustees shall seek to secure in such way as is charitable in law the establishment, maintenance and management of a public Pier at Voe and an access road thereto for the benefit of the community and with a view to improving the means of communication and to facilitate the development of the fishing and aquaculture industry and other associated industries for the benefit of the community
