What the charity exists to do

Watch US Grow is dedicated to making positive changes in the lives of Adults with Additional Support Needs. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to a purposeful role, where they are valued, involved, listened too and can go home at the end of a day’s work, feeling the satisfaction of achievement. Our goal is to help people not only live more equally within their own communities but thrive.
