The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and income thereof to pay or apply the same to or for the benefit of or in furtherance of such purposes, as are deemed by them to further the work of the University but only insofar as such purposes are charitable in law and in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit.
