What the charity exists to do
The charity provide recreational out of school childcare facilities, together with educational materials, in advancement of the social welfare of children in the local area.

Constitutional objectives
(1) To carry out the following objects (hereinafter called 'the primary objects') namely, to promote the care and education of children in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays and to promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure-time occupation of children in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. (2) To advance the education and training of persons providing such care andeducation and recreational facilities.
