02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Enhance the enjoyment of the Woodlands around Dalbeattie. Through conservation work to support biodiversity in the Fauna and Flora that inhabit them. Access work( paths and benches) for the people that visit them. Events for the public such as tree planting and bug hunts.

Constitutional objectives

The Objects of the Partnership shall be, for the benefit of the public:- • The conservation, protection and improvement of flora and fauna. • To promote and encourage the enjoyment of the woodland around Dalbeattie. • To promote, construct and restore a network of footpaths within Dalbeattie Forest.
