02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity is set up to provide a safe, caring and educational environment for children within primary school age before, after school and during school holidays. To meet this the charity provide a healthy breakfast at breakfast club and the opportunity for the children to interact with other children, then safely escorted to the school area/playground where teachers are present. Afterschool club provide a healthy snack with the opportunity to interact with other children within the club again before returning home with parents. Holiday club is set to provide the care, fun education for any primary school aged child within the school holidays. Parents have the option to use holiday club for either half a day or the full day. Participating in the afterschool club and holiday club involves the use of local amenities such as local playparks and beaches, as well as fun creative games within the grounds of the club.

Constitutional objectives
To promote the care and education of children in need of care during term time, school holidays and out of school hours. To advance the education of the children with the emphasis on an age appropriate play experience, to ensure that we make a constructive place in the community. To advance the education and training of persons providing such care, education and recreational facilities. To promote a safe nurturing environment to ensure the welfare and happiness of the children and staff.
