What the charity exists to do
Administer and maintain the facility for use by Sports Groups, mainly football. Weekly Foodshare Pantry held in the Pavilion which provides a vital link with the Community.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Association are, for the benefit of the inhabitnats of Cruden Bay and the Fishing Village of Port Errol and their environs and in accordance with the Disposition by Percy Portway Harvey dated 13th May and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Aberdeen on 28th June, both months 1926 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Disposition') and the Declaration of Trust of the then surviving appointed Trustees acting under the Disposition and dated 27th February and recorded in the said Division of the General Regsiter of Sasines on 7th March, buth months 1935, (hereinafter referred to as 'the Declaration of Trust'):- a) to advance education and in the interest of social welfare, to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities or other leisure-time occupation in an effort to improve the said inhabitants' condition of life. b) to maintain and manage or to co-operate with any local authority in the maintenance and management of the aforementioned facilities in furtherance of the above objects.
