What the charity exists to do

The Margaret Fleming Trust is set up to provide grant funding for the relief of poverty, sickness, infirmity, disability and distress to disadvantaged parties. These parties apply to us as trust managers for such payments and the trustees consider each request to ensure that they meet the trust purposes and if applicable, allocate appropriate funds.

For payment of the whole or such part of the free income and the whole or such part of the capital of the Trust Fund as the Trustees may from time to time in their absolute discretion consider desirable to such persons or to such charitable institutions, societies, bodies, foundations, trusts, funds or organisations as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion select but without prejudice to the discretion of the Trustees for the following purposes for the relief of poverty, sickness, infirmity, disability and distress
