What the charity exists to do
The purpose of 1st Cairneyhill Guides is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, enabling them to make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world. The organization aims to facilitate guiding for girls and young women in Cairneyhill and surrounding area, providing them with the space and opportunities to grow in confidence, reach for the stars, and be a powerful force for good. 1st Cairneyhill Guides is girl-only, offering a safe space for girls to be themselves, try new things, and share their experiences of growing up as a girl in today's world. The organization also focuses on empowering girls to become leaders themselves and make their voices heard on the issues that affect them.
