02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Holstein Scotland is established to promote and support the interests of Holstein cattle breeders in Scotland. The charity promotes Scottish Holstein breeders through the organisation and support of agricultural events, shows and competitions, providing opportunities to showcase the quality and achievements of Scottish Holstein cattle. The charity also encourages, develops and supports young Holstein breeders, helping them to gain experience, skills and confidence through participation in competitions and national events, and encouraging the next generation to become actively involved in the Holstein breeding community.
