What the charity exists to do

4th Montrose Guides is part of Girlguiding which is the UK's largest charity for girls and young women and is governed by a Royal Charter. The group provides informal education for girls ages 10 to 14 and follows a programme of activities provided by Girlguiding. The aims of Girlguiding are to promote citizenship, teach leadership skills and life skills and to provide friendship and fun for the girls.
