Constitutional objectives
The objects of CSARS shall be to relieve the poverty of persons in ( Forfar) Angus who are homeless or have suffered loss due to disaster or due to other circumstances outwith their control find themselves without the necessary funds to furnish their homes to a minimum standard or to cloth themselves or their family to that standard and in furtherance of - - to supply items of second hand furniture, clothing and soft furnishings - To identify and respond to the needs of the aforementioned persons - To work in partnership with statutory and voluntary providers of welfare services
