Constitutional objectives

(i) To advance the education of the children and yo ung people of Glasgow and its environs in the religion and culture of Islam. (ii) To serve the cause of Islam truly and practically by Heating and maintaining facilities to educating and observance of its pr -inciples and teachings. (iii) To provide and maintain recreational facilities and the organization of recreational activities to: • bring together and promote social harmony, tolerance and interactions between various communities. • educate and promote responsible citizenship according to Islamic teaching and in furtherance thereof. (a) To promote and/or promote the provision of funding, assistance, support and advice to such people on educational matters. 1 (b)To provide SUppOI't, education and training, counseling, guidance, supervision, and such other facilities and services as may from time to time be appropriate for such persons and/or for their families. (c) To develop, foster and promote standards of quality and good practice in all or any of the foregoing matters, (d) To promote racial harmony amongst ethnic and indigenous communities, (e) To liaise with local government bodies with a view to developing community resources.
