02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our purpose, as recorded in our constitution, is to advance the education of the public particularly the young people and / or working in the Burntisland and surrounding districts, in the art of bag piping and drumming by the presentation of public performances and other related activities and, in furtherance thereof, to promote, advance and encourage bagpipe playing and drumming and to promote traditions of pipe band music.
