02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Every Wednesday we hold a free community café, staffed by volunteers. It is a place to have a warm drink, chat and enjoy some company. Every Thursday we hold a Fair Share in our hall giving access to food and helping those who are experiencing food poverty. The café is also open giving people time to chat with friends.

Constitutional objectives
To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Niddrie area of Edinburgh and in particular the unemployed, elderly, homeless and those with addiction problems, to relieve the isolation of those who are lonely. to further the good health of the aforementioned persons and in particular to make representations for and to operate such facilities as are deemed necessary including the operation of a cafe/drop in facility.
