02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We have three member societies being the Society of Scottish Artists, the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour and Visual Arts Scotland. Our role is to lease the Royal Scottish Academy galleries ('RSA') from the National Galleries of Scotland to facilitate the holding of exhibitions in the RSA by the member societies.

Constitutional objectives
