What the charity exists to do
To advance the education, promote the benefit, relieve the suffering and distress and further the health of persons in the Highland Council area of Scotland who have special needs because they are registered blind, partially sighted or who are visually impaired or otherwise disabled and their carers by provision of (a) advice about the facilities and aids available to them. (b) facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation. (c) suitable training and employment for those of working age so that their conditions of life may be improved.
